| Join Laurie Nienhaus, speaker, playwright and author of the book, "And Then It Was Teatime", as she presents Edna St. Vincent Millay - A Program for the Passionate Among Us!
It has been said that the greatest things about the 20's were skyscrapers and Edna St. Vincent Millay! Learn of the life and loves of Miss Millay, the icon of the 1920's jazz babies and the first woman to win a Pulitzer Prize for poetry. Interspersed throughout will be dramatic readings of her work.
Laurie Nienhaus is founder of the national organization, The Ladies Tea Guild, and writes a free online newletter called Sweet William. Although she now resides in Fort Myers Beach, Florida, Laurie was born and raised in St. Louis.
Our signature four course afternoon tea will be served and cost for both tea and program is $35/person. Ms. Nienhaus will be signing copies of her book, "And Then It Was Teatime", immediately following her presentation.
